BookTok girlies, listen up! My Agatha lover bestie and I went to this new restaurant that just opened in Delray that's called Ethereal and it was everything out of a romancy fantasy book girl's dream. The designer of this restaurant knew what they were doing. The details are immaculate and I would have loved to sit in any spot in this restaurant. The menu was so dreamy, but let me tell you, the drinks and food were even dreamier. The cocktails were so beautiful, it made us just want to order every single one. We loved our drinks, they tasted amazing and the little feather details, chef's kiss. We watched this revolving chandelier above our heads before the food came. The food was insane. For our appetizer, we chose this hickory smoked bacon and it came with these caramelized onions on top that were to die for. The prosciutto and peaches burrata was the best salad I have ever had in my life. I will truly be dreaming about it. Had to try the fries, of course. But I will truly come back just for that salad, basically licked my plate clean. They're like fully booked up in reservations, but tons of people found seats at the bar. The donuts were so cute. I'm not even kidding. The donut tree tower. Are you kidding me? Guys, it was just as good as it looks. Last but not least, whenever I'm in a beautiful restaurant, I have to check out the bathroom and it did not disappoint. The vibe is like a dark fantasy, gothic, Renaissance mix with hunt vibes if you know you know. The overall vibes were a 10 out of 10. I'm already thinking about when I could go back next.
