We started with an old school bus.

We started with an old school bus. First, we dug a large trench and carefully lowered the bus into it. We made sure it was perfectly positioned before covering it with soil. Then, we covered the top with grass so the whole bus looked like it was built underground. Next, we cut away the front section of the bus and lifted it out with a crane. That gave us the perfect opening for our main entrance. Then the real transformation began. We removed all the old seats from inside the bus. We also removed the rear doors and dug out the next section to create another room. For the floor, we lay down black plastic first. Then we built a wooden grid and filled each section with insulation foam. After that, we laid down wooden panels. We did the same thing on the walls and ceiling. Once everything was secured, we covered the walls and ceiling with OSB. Then we painted the interior with a modern, grey finish. Then came the fun part. We added the front doors. We laid down a soft floor mat on the left. On the right, we created a cozy dining area. We moved into the next room and repeated the insulation process. Black plastic went down first. Then we built the grid and insulation. We rebuilt the wooden floor and covered the walls and ceiling with OSB. Then we covered everything with insulation foam.
