these are the rules that the japanese hair care experts follow for shiny, healthy hair 👱‍♀️ i went to one of the viral japanese head spas and got the low down 📝 idk, would you follow these rules? some of them are pretty much the opposite of what people tend to do in the uk. they also told me to wash every other day for my hair but i usually stretch it a bit longer 😬
