This is my first apartment series, but it's also my first time cooking at home and fighting the urge to DoorDash every single day. So in this episode, I'll be meal prepping my breakfast and I'll be showing y'all how I make these breakfast croissants and my breakfast burritos. I'm making six of each, so in all, I'll need about 12 eggs, 12 strips of bacon, and I use a full two packs of these turkey sausage links. One thing that I'm good at and I can eat all day is breakfast. Now as far as dinner, somebody else got that because I don't know why, but my meat always turn out raw. I don't know. I hate washing dishes so bad, so I try to use these two pans for everything. I really wanted to use one, but I tried to speed up the process. I'm also trying to gain weight too, y'all. I checked my scale. I thought I was doing good because I've been eating like every single day, but I still only eat one time a day if I don't prep. So I checked my scale and it said 89 pounds. Yes, 89 American pounds. And I'm just like, I'm about to be 27 next year. It's no way that I still weigh the same amount as a fourth grader. And don't get me wrong, I love my physique. I love my little body. I love being petite, but 89 pounds just sound unhealthy for an adult. If I can get to 105, I would be happy. I've been doing a lot of research and I heard that breakfast and protein is the best weight gain, which makes sense because this is the main meal I skip. I don't really get hungry till about 4:00 p.m., so I literally got to force myself to eat. I also noticed too that eating is like a job to me. That's why I wait until the last possible moment when I can't even barely stand up and I'm dizzy and I'm about to pass out before I even think about ordering some food. So this is the first step to my weight gain journey and I'm super excited about it. And if you're starting your weight gain journey too, make sure you like this video and follow me for some more content.
