Men’s mental health is something we as a society do have to recognize that is something we should be looking out for more in our close circles and encourage being open and honest about feelings,, there’s a reason why the suicide rates are so bad compared to other genders,,, While saying this, I also want to add, people are not inherently oppressors based off of their gender, people are oppressors based off of their actions and words that they spill out. Someone recently told me that cis people are oppressors and i was like 🫩 not inherently. Grouping people in a sentiment of believing that they’re bad because of something they identify as, is harmful in every sense #hopecore #hopecoretiktok #mensmentalhealth
