Tortilleria Lujan is an amazing hidden gem here in Midland, TX, serving delicious burritos and so much more! 🌯 💗Everything is made fresh in-house, including their incredibly delicious tortillas, which you can even buy to take home and make your own tacos. This was the perfect breakfast stop, and I absolutely loved their salsa—it was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect spicy kick! 🔥 10/10, highly recommend!
