Why it worked
The video combines a relatable unboxing experience with a specific occasion (a wedding), making the product desirable. The inclusion of a discount code incentivizes immediate action and engagement.
Summary
The creator unboxes a dress from Voga Closet, which she ordered for her sister's wedding. She discusses the dress's style, fit, and how it was a last-minute purchase. She also shares a discount code for viewers.
Structure
- 1Unboxing a Voga Closet package
- 2Discussing the dress's style and fit
- 3Explaining the reason for the purchase (sister's wedding)
- 4Sharing a discount code
Product placement
Voga Closet (ACTS): This is an online fashion retailer. The video shows a package from Voga Closet and the creator discusses ordering from it and using a discount code for it. Removing it would change what happens in the video because the entire premise of the video is about an order from this retailer. Voga Closet (APPEARS): The name is printed on the shopping bag throughout the video. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
