Smith Lake Dam named after Lewis W. Smith, the President of The Alabama Power Company from 1952 to 1957 whom also helped develop the dam. Standing 300 feet tall and 2200 feet long making it one of the largest earth and rock filled dams in the United States. #smithlakedam #smithlakealabama #drone #jasperalabama #droneshot
