If you're not familiar with what I'm about to share, this is in regards to Michelle, the one who got online and publicly said that Muslims scare her after seeing a teenage girl at a restaurant local to me, in a hijab. Ok? So Michelle decided to take everything a step further because her video went viral and she decided to put a restraining order against Alex, which is the waitress that told her that she needed to leave and she's not welcome back at the cafe. So we went today in support of Alex and the community and Uptown Cafe to basically just show our support and just know that, you know, you have a community, you know, you have a community standing behind you guys. First of all, Michelle came pro se, um, which is where she was representing herself. And Alex, then had an attorney. And her attorney was That girl was fire I'm gonna keep this as short as possible. The judge was very fair in hearing both sides of case. Uh, pretty much what it boils down to was Michelle was upset that her video went viral and she basically was looking for someone and she said, oh, since Alex didn't put a stop to any of the hate comments and all the harassment and other things, I'm gonna put a restraining order against her. So, yes, the person that publicly put this video online is mad at Alex, the waitress who did nothing, mind you, other than say you're not welcome here anymore. Because she was standing up for her employee, um, she said she was upset and she felt like someone needed to her video going viral, I She said a bunch of crazy things. She said that, um, she can't live at her house anymore. She said that her neighbour sent her a video of a dead bird and that represented some sort of sign. No idea. But everything that she was saying, it was all the judge Um, she literally said exactly what she said in her video to the judge. She also tried to say. She tried to put in some evidence of, uh, pin the blame on Alex, saying that Alex is the reason why this whole ordeal is happening. What? Alex is the reason why she's getting these deat and she can't live at her house. Whatever. Basically putting the blame on someone else instead of taking responsibility, you know what? What I said was wrong, and I apologize. She's sticking with her word on, her being scared and just continuing to believe that everything that she said was okay. And side note, Michelle or Kath, whatever you go by on here, um, you know that you lied under oath to the judge, when he asked you, Did you know that the video was, you know, circulating on other platforms? Instagram, whatever? You said that you didn't. And we all know that you lied. And you know that you lied. So that's crazy. Many of us were shaking our heads and honestly just dumbfounded by the stuff that she was saying. But here's where the judge really brought it home. Okay, so Alex's attorney said, we are asking for attorney fees because Michelle has filed over 15 Protection orders I think since of 2025 in the county of Hamilton Co So she's basically saying that this is just something that she does when someone offends her. She's like, oh, let me just file a restraining order against them. And the judge, first dismissed the whole entire And he hit her with the eighteen hundred dollar attorney fees that she has to pay, uh, Alex's attorney. So She got what she deserved. Um, this just goes like the judge said, the internet is forever. What you put on here will forever be here. Especially if you post it publicly. And like the judge said in the courtroom, if you wouldn't let your mom then you shouldn't be typing it and you shouldn't be saying it. Have a great day.
