Good morning going through my morning routine. I'm about to take my supplements and you guys are always asking me what type of supplements do I take, what do I recommend, what can you do for gut health? I'm teaming up with Garden of Life because we need to talk about it. If you've been following me and know anything about me, you know I drink 16 ounces of water first thing when I wake up. That is step one. Then I head for my supplements for all my gut health. Girlies, you need to be taking a probiotic. I've been loving this one from Garden of Life. It's their Once Daily Women's Probiotic. Not only is it the number one women's probiotic, also doctor formulated, clinically studied and has all the science to back it. In addition to that, I've been taking the Once Daily Women's Whole Food Multi vitamin. It really packs over 30 organic fruits and vegetables into one tiny capsule. It's like an all-in-one nutrition in a capsule. And Garden of Life is always non-GMO, formulated with high quality ingredients. It's just the best. But before I take these, I always put some food in my stomach. So let's make some food. My eye patches just never wanna stay up. With my food and now I'm taking my Garden of Life supplements. Hope you learned something and protect your gut health. Take your multivitamin and let's just all be happy and healthy. Bye.
