It's supposed to be booming. It is completely dead, okay? This is because Philly schools decided to go back. They decided to go back the week before Labor Day. You know how bad that's screwing all these businesses. It's always like the last week before Labor Day for all these businesses to really like hit it hard. And the streets are just dead. Let's go down Central real quick. See where we're at here. Look at all this parking. Look at all this prime parking.
