Three TV networks set dates, times and locations for debates between US Senate candidates James Talarico and Ken Paxton. James Talarico agreed immediately. Ken Paxton didn't. His handlers swore he's just ironing out the details. They've been saying he's close to an agreement for weeks. But we know Ken Paxton. He hasn't debated anyone since he was impeached on 20 charges including bribery, obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty. Uhh, yeah, so, I mean-- Texas Atty. Gen.
