The 15-80-5 Rule: Everything I'm involved in at this point in my career, I want my team to involve me in the first 15% because I need to ideate, make it better, contribute my strategic and intuitive feelings. I then let them completely own the next 80%. And then I come in at the last 5% and add the cherry on top. It really works for me.
