And that’s it for Day 5. After Judge Sullivan gave the jury the Allen charge and sent them back to keep working toward a unanimous decision, the jurors have now been dismissed for the day. No verdict. No mistrial. No resolution. They’re going home and coming back tomorrow to continue deliberations. So after all of today’s movement, we are right back where we’ve been: waiting. Watching. Refreshing. And somehow convincing ourselves that tomorrow has to be the day. 😭⚖️ At this point, verdict watch has become a lifestyle.
