One of my favorite things to have in the farmstand that is shelf stable and is made with fresh ingredients from the garden! 🌱🪴 🌿 RECIPE ⬇️ 🌿 Preheat oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit 🌿 Separate leaves from basil stems 🌿 Wash and dry basil 🌿 2/3 cup of basil added to a food processor or blender 🌿 Add 1 cup of coarse salt 🌿 Blend 🌿 Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet 🌿 Bake for 30–40 minutes 🌿 Allow to cool before adding back to the blender 🌿 Blend again until desired consistency Put on fresh tomatoes or cucumbers, season steak with it, or line a margarita glass rim with it!
