A little GP public service announcement 👩‍⚕️📋 If you’re prescribed medication by a hospital, specialist or another clinic, please remember to bring a copy of the prescription or medication list to your GP. It helps us keep your medical record up to date, check that everything is appropriate together, and make sure we know exactly what you’re taking.
