Who would have thought that the 'massive career disaster' I thought I was experiencing that summer would have been the least of my professional concerns almost two decades later 🤣 Ps. That summer internship turned out to be one of my favourite jobs. Greenhouse work mixed with genetics techniques to try and create plant based food wrap... those were some of the #universityofguelph days I cherish the most! I guess, in a way, I was destined to work with food one way or the other!
