dear young girls & all women, you do not have to shrink yourself beyond a healthy limit to be seen and accepted. strength is powerful, muscle is beautiful & fueling your body is essential. I wish someone told me the same when I was young, but I’ll be here to remind you whenever you need to hear it 💗
