Well ngl I feel like a baddie!!!!! The first time I did this I thought I'd never use the ball for the toe taps and single leg bridge but today, on my last day of the program, I did it!!!!! I love this program so much. I have done weight lifting and group fitness for over 12 years and I've never felt as strong as I have on this program. Thank you Nancy and gang! 🥳
You thought getting stronger would fix your core after pregnancy.
But you can get stronger while still compensating around a core that isn’t functioning well.

Getting stronger doesn’t automatically mean your core is functioning better. Seems counterintuitive but it’s true. You can lift heavier, even feel stronger + still be compensating around what pregnancy changed and therefore not healing things like ab separation, leaning, Lowe belly pouching and more. this is why I’m so big on rebuilding the foundation first, or slowing down to go back and rebuild it, not because I want you doing “easy core exercises” forever (we can’t have that either) but because I want that foundation working WITH you when you get back to lifting heavier, running, jumping + doing all the things you actually want to do. Ab Rehab does this for you. Made simple! #abrehab #natalapp
