One of the most frustrating things about mast cell activation is how disconnected everything can feel. You may spend months trying to address each issue separately—your gut, your skin, your energy, your hormones, your nervous system—without realizing there may be a bigger pattern worth exploring. Mast cells are involved in far more than allergic responses. They interact with your immune system, nervous system, gut, blood vessels, and inflammatory pathways, which is part of why mast cell-related issues can feel so unpredictable. And it’s not always about finding ONE trigger. Stress, environmental exposures, infections, hormonal shifts, foods, and nervous system dysregulation can all influence how reactive your system feels. That’s why understanding your patterns matters more than endlessly trying to eliminate everything that might be causing a flare. If you’re ready to understand MCAS on a deeper level and learn ways to support a less reactive system, my MCAS Training walks you through it. DM me “FLARE” and I’ll send you the link. #mcas #mastcellactivationsyndrome #mastcell #nervoussystem #mcasawareness
