We have officially reached the part of garden season where “preserving the harvest” means aggressively chopping everything up, throwing it in the freezer and dealing with it another day. Could I can these? Sure. Do I currently have the emotional capacity for jars, boiling water and one more thing on my counter? Absolutely not. Also note worthy, I don't actually know how to can.
