the answer isn’t the residents of the Bronx, or any individual; the answer is the systemic issues in the Bronx that never get addressed or fixed. in almost an entire mile walk to the playground i didn’t encounter ONE public trash can, only found one when we actually got inside the park. perfect example of systemic barriers in low income areas and it’s time we acknowledge them & fix them #thebronx #advocacy #nyc #nyclife #sanitation
