I had no idea that you have to be quiet during tennis matches. And I like tennis, but I've never attended a match. So how the hell am I supposed to know? You can't talk. I've gone to plenty of other sports games, football, basketball, I'm yapping and yelling. Why didn't you tell me? Why aren't the rules plastered all over the place? Just from a business perspective, just from like a user experience perspective. You should tell people the rules. There should be something somewhere for them to know what they can and what they cannot do. It's not common knowledge that you can't talk or be loud at a tennis match. It's sports. When you think of sports, you think of whooping and hollering. I blame the brands and the arena. They need to make common knowledge. Be more transparent. If you don't want people to be ignorant, but you also want them to attend, educate them. Hello, that's your job. You can't expect people to be ignorant, but you also want them to attend. Educate them.
