If you're looking for a great dessert or treat recipe to bring to your next hangout, brunch, not only are we going to be making a great but also easy-ish recipe. This is also going to make you the talk of the town because this is that nostalgia hitting everybody. Everybody who sees you bring this is going to have some sort of story and you guys are just going to keep talking about it the whole time you're there, which honestly makes a great event. You want to see a little hint? We are making strawberry pretzel salad. Now the reason we're making this is because I just found out that Jell-O just came out with a Jell-O Simply which has no artificial sweeteners, has no artificial dyes, it's made with real strawberry juice. So I actually ended up making my own whipped cream. I smashed the pretzels that we are going to make, I use a gluten-free option, you can use whatever option you want. I have already mixed the Jell-O, I've cut up my strawberries, put the pretzels in the butter and sugar, laid it inside this 9x13 pan, mixed my whipped cream with the cream cheese and the sugar. All I want to do right now is assemble it for you all. I'm going to pop this into the fridge for about 30 minutes. While that is in the fridge, I'm going to go ahead and make my little Jell-O with the fresh strawberries. This is my Jell-O mixture that has already been cooled. I am just going to take my pound of strawberries that have all already been cut. Just going to kind of let these two mix and hang for a sec and then once that is cooled, we'll pour this on the top. It's been about 30 minutes. I am going to go ahead and put the Jell-O with the strawberries on the top of this and then back into the fridge for about two hours. All right, we're going to cover her back up and she's going back in. It's officially been two hours. I am excited to dig into this thing. Deep. It's better every bite. That's good. Jell-O, you did good on this one.
