Why it worked

The video leverages a popular horror gaming franchise and a relatable 'thirst' caption to engage fans of the game and the horror genre.

Summary

The creator showcases a gameplay moment from Halloween: The Game, focusing on the character model of Michael Myers. The video uses a trending audio track to highlight the character's appearance.

Structure

1Introduction of the character model
2Gameplay screen showing objectives
3Close-up on the character's face
4Character walking in the game environment

Product placement

Halloween: The Game (a video game) appears as the software being played. It is the substrate for the creator's gameplay content. Removing it would change the video entirely as it is the visual source material.
