40 HOURS IN JAPAN 🇯🇵 Day 1: The 14 hour journey

I don't know who needs to hear this but a three day weekend is a long enough time to go to Japan. If you saw my last few videos, you know that I impulsively booked a flight to Japan the night before. Because I'm 24, I don't have kids, I don't have to take any time off of work for this trip. And honestly, I want to see the world. I want to travel. So when I found a really good flight deal, I was like, fuck it, why not? So welcome to 40ish hours in Japan. After working eight hours, I headed straight to LAX to start my 12 hour journey across the world. I was actually pretty prepared for this flight. I brought my own meal, put on my compression socks and even got some reading done. Spoiler alert, I probably should have slept more, but for some reason I didn't. Eventually, I landed in Japan, made it through customs and hopped on the train into Tokyo. And obviously, my first stop had to be FamilyMart. I picked up some of my favorite Japanese snacks and grabbed one I've never tried before. I had it straight to my hotel. I've about 38 hours left, so stay tuned to see what I get up to in Tokyo.
