Snapchat is getting rid of your memories in just three weeks. Thousands of people are gonna lose their memories. Ten years of memories just because Snapchat is getting greedy. Here's how to save your memories in three easy steps. Takes five minutes. Let's go. First, go to Snapchat and open your settings. Go to my data. You're gonna scroll down, you're gonna click my data. Then you're gonna hit request only member or export memories. Request only memories. That's gonna take you to this page. Click all time, put in your email, click submit. You're gonna wait a couple hours to a couple of days. You're gonna get an email. Make sure you get that email, okay? You're gonna, there's gonna be a link, just a link for all of your memories. You're gonna click on that link and you're gonna download all your memory. The problem with that is Snapchat gives you all your memories without dates, locations, captions, and filters. They're all separate in a separate little folder. If you open one of them, it's gonna say corrupt and you're gonna think your memories are corrupted or something. But it's just those files, and they're not connected to the actual photos and videos. So just open up your computer, type in snap, easy dot I O, put in all your memories there. There is an offline app if you're worried about, like, data security. And then it just spits out all your memories stitched together. That way you can put it on your phone, drag all your files over onto your phone. And since that geolocation is now attached, when you put your memories on your phone, you will see your memories on Apple Maps or Google Maps wherever you have. And since the dates will be attached, they will be in the correct order in your camera roll as when you took them, instead of being at the very bottom as if you had just taken them. That's it. Super easy. Uh, comment if you need any help.
