Mississippi Pot Roast Pasta ✨ It’s everything I love about Mississippi pot roast — but in pasta form. 😍 And honestly… I might love this version even more. INGREDIENTS: 1 lb ground beef ½ onion, diced 3-4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder) 8 oz angel hair pasta 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 packet au jus gravy mix 1 can beef broth 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice 4-6 pepperoncini peppers (tops removed, chopped) 2 to 4 tbsp butter INSTRUCTIONS: •Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain. •Brown the Beef and Aromatics: Cook the ground beef, diced onion, and pepperoncini, peppers, in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the meat is browned and the onions are soft. Add the butter and minced garlic during the last minute of cooking so it does not burn. Drain excess grease if desired. •Build the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Stir the ranch seasoning packet and au jus packet directly into the beef, onion, peppers, and garlic mixture. •Simmer: Pour in the beef broth and pepperoncini juice. Let the mixture simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly and thickens. •Combine: Toss the cooked angel hair pasta into the skillet until it is fully coated in the savory pepperoncini gravy. #MississippiPotRoastPasta #MississippiPotRoast #PastaRecipes #DinnerIdeas #mississippipasta
