My 10 day explant countdown 🤍 Choosing healing and giving my body the chance to feel its best. Since being diagnosed with LUPUS and dealing with so many autoimmune issues where there’s days I’m in a flare I need help brushing my teeth or I’m not able to go for a simple walk with my kids… I’ve learned to listen to my body in a completely different way. And to enjoy this life the most I can with the people who love me and want to be in my life and for my body. I know breast implant illness is something people have different opinions about, and every woman’s experience is different. I don’t know exactly what removing mine will change, and I’m not expecting some magical overnight cure. But I do know I wanted to give my body every opportunity I could to heal, feel stronger, and function the way it’s meant to.
