They say silence is key and that it’s always best to remain professional, but at this point, staying silent is not an option. I will continue to raise this issue until the necessary changes are made. I have worked hard to build an authentic and recognisable product, and I will not accept a situation where consumers could potentially confuse my original product with a dupe. This is about protecting the identity, integrity, and originality of my brand, and I expect that to be respected. I say all this because I genuinely don’t want your business to fail, I promise I actually want your business to suceed, it’s not easy starting a business but I thought that maybe after watching our previous video you would understand that what you were doing was wrong, come to your senses, and start being creative in your own way. But NO it’s actually getting worse. I need to say this before you release your new bottles: I am not okay with them being released as they are. They are an exact copy, and you need to change the design before releasing them. Simply changing your business name isn’t going to help you. You need to rethink the branding as a whole and create something that is genuinely your own.
