Replying to @MissRabeah “Nakabili na ako for mens regulation… maliit pala yung inositol!” 😳 Yes, Ma’am! Based on the nutrition facts, this product provides 50 mg of inositol per sachet. So if your main reason for buying it is inositol specifically for PCOS/irregular cycles, I personally wouldn’t rely on this product alone to provide the amounts commonly studied for PCOS. But that doesn’t mean your purchase is automatically “sayang.” You can still enjoy it as a wellness drink if you like it. 💜 Per sachet, based on the product label: ✨ Inositol 50 mg ✨ Folic acid 500 mcg ✨ Vitamin D 20 mcg ✨ 10 calories lang per sachet ✨ Stevia as sweetener ✨ Wheat germ, berry powders, ginseng & grape seed extract And honestly, taste-wise, I personally love it! 😂 Mixed berries is refreshing, especially kapag super cold yung water. But here’s the important part: “Hormone Balance” on the front of the package does NOT automatically mean it treats PCOS or hormonal imbalance. When choosing a supplement, always check the actual amount of the ingredient you’re taking it for, not just the product name or marketing claims. And for PCOS, supplements are only one part of the picture. Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, metabolic health, and appropriate medical management most matter. So, Ma’am, since nakabili ka na: Enjoy it if you like it. 🤍 But if your goal is specifically PCOS management, talk to your OB-Gyn or healthcare provider about what’s actually appropriate for you.
