Why it worked

The video likely worked due to the relatable and slightly chaotic nature of DIY piercings, combined with the twin dynamic and the element of surprise or unexpected outcomes.

Summary

Two twins attempt to pierce their ears, but one of them has a bad experience with previous piercings closing up. They decide to restart the process, with one twin getting her cartilage pierced.

Structure

1Attempting ear piercings
2Previous piercings closed
3Deciding to restart
4Piercing the cartilage
5Experiencing pain/bleeding
