1. Stopped washing my face with hot water and wondering why my melasma kept getting worse 2. Stopped buying brightening serums without knowing what was actually causing my dark spots 3. Stopped skipping SPF on cloudy days, melasma does not care about cloud coverage 4. Stopped checking my skin compatibility on my own and started using Thea to actually know what works for my face 5. Stopped layering vitamin C, retinol, and AHAs in the same routine and calling it "comprehensive" 6. Stopped using fragrance on my face and pretending it wasn't the problem 7. Stopped over-exfoliating and then being confused about the new dark spots 8. Stopped applying skincare to completely dry skin 9. Stopped skipping moisturiser because I thought my oily skin didn't need it 10. Stopped treating retinoids like they were optional Dm me if you want to know what I actually use or follow for more #glassskin #melasma #skincare #theapartner #hellothea
