Today during Alonzo’s Oral Placement Therapy, Teacher introduced him to apples for the very first time. 🍎 They were mashed and liquefied into the right consistency to help him swallow safely and he did it! 🥹💙 For others, it may look like just a tiny taste of apple. But for us, this is another meaningful step forward. Learning to swallow doesn’t happen overnight. Hindi ito biglaan. It takes proper guidance, patience, repetition, and consistency. Just like in life, we learn new things one small step at a time. Next week, potatoes naman! 🥔 So proud of you, Zozo. Mommy will patiently walk through every step of this journey with you.
