Smoked Pastrami Turkey Breast I love a good smoked Texas-style turkey breast and I LOVE pastrami, so why not bring the best of both worlds together? 🔥 Smoked Pastrami Turkey Breast! It may not sound like a thing, but trust me… THIS IS A THING and it is straight-up MONEY! 💰 The turkey doesn’t get that signature bright pink color you’d normally see with beef pastrami, but don’t let that fool you. That pastrami flavor is ALL there! Smoky, peppery, juicy AF and packed with flavor. 💯 If you’re looking for a different smoked turkey breast recipe, especially with the holidays coming up, save this one because it’s absolutely worth making! 🤙🏽 Ingredients: • Boneless turkey breast • Pastrami brine Kit from @Girls Can Grill • Everyday Hot Sauce @Bear & Burton's • SPG and my Cajun Honey Rub: Spicy Garlicky • Butter Instructions: 1. Boil brine ingredients from kit and let cool. 2. Remove skin from turkey then place in a @DRIP EZ Prep Tub and pour in cooled brine then refrigerate for 7 days. 3. Remove from brine, rinse then pat dry. 4. Hot sauce as a binder then season. Fold edges of turkey under. 5. Placed my @ThermoWorks RFX to monitor internal temperature. 6. Set up my kettle for 2-Zone indirect cooking using @Jealous Devil Max briquettes and applewood chunks. 7. Place turkey breast on opposite side of the coals, place the lid on with vent over the meat. Use the bottom vent to regulate the temp to 275-300F. 8. Once the turkey reaches 160F remove, wrap in foil with butter then rest on the counter for 1hour. 🔪: @Montana Knife Company MKC Carving Knife drops tomorrow 9/10/26 #smokedturkeybreast #smokedturkey #pastramiturkey #pastrami
