Ai is going to end the world in the next 10 years. That’s what an ex OpenAI and anthropic employee is saying he posted on X saying that he’s leaving Anthropic as he believes they are not acting responsibly and are in a race with rival OpenAI to create self improving ai models which could have severe impacts on the world. What’s weird is a current employee actually also came out and agreed with him saying that they are truly concerned about this AI calamity but currently have no plan on how to prevent it We’re in an interesting situation because if America stops building new AI models, China will overtake it and have the upper hand Both countries continuing to build have negative impacts but both can’t stop What do you think? #openai #anthropic #claude #chatgpt
