School drop offs have been very hard lately on me and Luis. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks pushing for no screen time in the morning and the drop offs have been miserable. When she used to go to ABA and was having a hard time with drop offs, one thing that really helped was allowing her to do her own thing, even letting her be on her tablet. I am not the biggest fan of this, but I do know this helps distract her. Literally all she is doing on her tablet is playing a plant game. Each plant makes a different noise when you tap on the plants and that’s all she is doing, listening to her plants🥺😭😭 #autism #autismacceptance #screentime #momtok #foryoupage
