What happens before our totes ever make it to a customer? Every tote gets cleaned and sanitized, branded with our logo and QR code, and prepped with a room label card so customers can keep their move organized from start to finish. We wanted this business to feel simple for the customer, even if that means doing all the little things behind the scenes ourselves.
