McDonald's Spicy Beef Sauce (Spicy Beefy Sauce) Copycat 🍔🔥 I get a lot of comments and DMs asking for this recipe, so today I'm sharing my copycat version of McDonald's Spicy Beef Sauce and Spicy Chicken Sauce. 😊 This is my own recreation, so the measurements are approximate. Use this as a guide, taste as you go, and adjust it to your own preference! ✨ One day, I'd love to publish my own cookbook with all of my recipes and exact measurements. 📚 Thank you so much for all your support and comments—I truly appreciate every one of them! 📝 Ingredients 【Pickled Jalapeños】 - Jalapeños (red or green, seeds removed) - Mizkan Kantan Vinegar (enough to fully cover the peppers) 【Spicy Beef Sauce】 - 5 tbsp Heinz ketchup - 2½ tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise - 1 tsp Momoya Fried Garlic (Butter Flavor) - 1½ tbsp Momoya Crispy Chili Oil - 1 heaping tsp TABASCO Sriracha Sauce - About 10 shakes GABAN Garlic Butter Seasoning - About 3 shakes GABAN Onion Powder - 1 tsp Smoked Paprika - 1½ tsp Shichidaime Kobayashi Steak Seasoning - About 12 shakes GABAN Chili Powder - 1 heaping tsp Sweetened Condensed Milk - About 5 shakes MSG - 3 small pinches Knorr Beef Bouillon - 1 heaping tsp Tube Garlic Paste - About 8 grinds Black Pepper - About 1 tbsp Homemade Pickled Jalapeños - 1 ladle of the Pickling Liquid - Juice of 1/2 Lemon - 1 tsp Sugar (reduce slightly if using white sugar) 💡 Instructions 1. Thinly slice the seeded jalapeños and pickle them in the vinegar for 24 hours. 2. Blend all of the sauce ingredients until completely smooth. 3. Buy a plain hamburger (without ketchup, mustard, pickles, or onions) or a McChicken without the sauce, then generously spread on the sauce. 💡 Tips - I listed the brands I used whenever possible because they make the flavor closer to the original. - Using different brands may slightly change the taste. - The sauce should taste a little sweeter than you expect on its own—it balances out perfectly once it's on the burger. - Don't skip the juice of half a lemon. It really makes it taste closer to the original. - I recommend tube garlic instead of fresh grated garlic because it's milder and closer to the original flavor. - I highly recommend wearing disposable gloves when handling jalapeños. If you touch your face or eyes after handling them, it can cause intense burning and irritation. - This is simply the version I developed after a lot of trial and error. There are probably easier ways to make it, but this is the closest one I'v come up with so far.
