Crispy Fried Onions (Sour Cream and Onion Flavor) I often get comments asking me to “share the recipe,” so here’s a rough list of the ingredients and seasonings I used 😊 Since I usually cook by taste, I don’t measure the amounts — please just use the seasonings as a guide. Taste as you go and enjoy customizing it to your own liking! ✨ Someday, I’d love to make a proper recipe book with exact measurements 📚 Until then, thank you so much for your support and kind comments! 📝 Ingredients 【Onion Ring Batter】・90g All-purpose Flour ・120g Potato Starch ・2 tsp Baking Powder ・1 tsp Salt ・4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano) ・Paprika Powder (to taste) ・260ml Carbonated Water 【Dipping Sauce】・Garlic Powder ・Onion Powder ・BBQ Rub ・Parsley ・Buttermilk ・Sugar ・Yogurt ・Kewpie Mayonnaise ・Cream Cheese ・Lemon Juice 【Sour Cream & Onion Seasoning】・Italian Parsley ・Dill ・Garlic Powder ・Onion Powder ・Salt ・BBQ Rub ・MSG (Ajinomoto) ・Sugar ・Buttermilk Powder ・Parmigiano Reggiano 【Tips】・Dust the onion slices with flour before dipping to help the batter stick better. ・Fry until golden and perfectly crispy for the best texture! ⚠️ Safety Note The scene where I closed the lid while deep-frying was only for the video. Please don't try this yourself. Covering hot oil with a lid while deep-frying can be very dangerous. #tiktokfood #american #asmr
