Pumpkin Spice season is officially here 🎃 This time of year I love the fall vibes of pumpkin, apple pie, and cinnamon treats We don’t have to sacrifice on ingredients anymore to enjoy because there’s so many options out there now 🎃🍎🍁 ✅ I like to swap the foods with artificial ingredients, ultra processed additives, and vegetable oils for those that are whole foods based and mostly organic
