How I build with Claude 👇 Academy in bio 🔗 The day and night hero toggle, the one real estate and hotel sites keep stealing: 1. Two images, IDENTICAL frame. Same angle, same crop, only the lighting differs. Different angles turn it into a slideshow and the effect dies 2. Stack them in a container with position: absolute, then cross fade with opacity and transition: opacity .8s ease, not display none 3. Preload the second one: <link rel="preload" as="image"> in the head, otherwise the first click shows a white flash 4. Drive everything from one CSS custom property. --accent, --text, --scrim all change on a .night class on the wrapper, so the type recolors with the sky in the same transition 5. The toggle itself is an input type="checkbox" with a label, so it works with a keyboard for free Save this if you build for property 🌙 #claude #buildinpublic #webdesign #motion #fyp
