Wardogs launched into Early Access today and the servers are getting absolutely hammered. The game hit 300,000 concurrent players within hours of launch, but with that has come login queues of up to 100,000 players in some regions, with some waiting over 45 minutes just to get in. Players are also reporting false bans for cheating before they have even joined a match. The official Wardogs X account confirmed they are working on it, posting: "Players are currently slowly filtering into servers as we scale on mass. However, we are still seeing thousands in the login queue. We're currently rate limited and are working with Valve directly to resolve this and bring our rate limit in line with larger titles." The buzz around Wardogs has been building for month, with the game surpassing 1 million Steam wishlists ahead of launch and 30,000 players were queuing in the firing range 24 hours before Early Access even opened. A chaotic launch, but a promising sign of what the numbers could look like once the servers stabilise. #wardogs #wardogsgame #shootergame #tiktokpartner #WhatToPlay
