I've been in property for 17 years Okay It almost feels like a new build still and it's five years old which is mad it doesn't look any different to when I last came so obviously when you have fantastic tenants that pay £450 a month I'm just saying like if they would be a little bit taller What the fences? Yeah the fence yeah We had a long discussion about this if the fences are high could it feel a bit cramped? Claustrophobic? And is it nice that the neighbours potentially can kind of talk? But we didn't realise we're gonna have such an antisocial person it doesn't even matter!! We thought the tenants would be like friendly with one another Because I like to hide!
