Winnie the Pooh World in Sydney To celebrate the official 100th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh, Disney AUNZ and The Grounds are bringing the magic of the Hundred Acre Wood to Sydney with a brand new Winnie the Pooh themed laneway installation! The celebration marks 100 years since A.A. Milne’s original Winnie-the-Pooh book was published in 1926. Launching Saturday 12 September, expect The Grounds’ famous laneway to be transformed into a whimsical world inspired by Pooh Bear and his friends until Sunday 8 November 2026. You can even meet Eeyore, walk over Pooh Sticks Bridge and don't forget to join Piglet for a tea party. And their laneway is now life size walkthrough of Pooh Bear's house, Mr Sanderz. It all opens this Saturday September 12th. And to access the laneway, simply grab a bite from the cafe, garden or potting shed and show your receipt to staff. Come and celebrate with Winnie the Pooh and friends for their 100th anniversary.
