Promoted product

Akasha Hameed's Courses

Why it worked

The video uses a high-energy, 'power user' persona to frame the creator's own educational content as essential, high-value tools, making the promotion feel like a demonstration of a workflow rather than a direct sales pitch.

Summary

The creator demonstrates a workflow where he instructs an assistant to open specific educational YouTube courses on GitHub and CapCut. The video serves as a soft promotion for the creator's own educational content.

Structure

1Creator instructs assistant to open a GitHub course
2Assistant complies and pauses the video
3Creator instructs assistant to open his own CapCut PC course
4Assistant complies and pauses the video
5Creator asks for further instructions

Product placement

GitHub (a) ACTS: The creator instructs a user to open a specific GitHub repository to access a course. Removing it would change the video's instructions. YouTube (b) APPEARS: The platform where the videos are hosted. Removing it would change the video's delivery but not the product being promoted. CapCut (a) ACTS: The creator instructs a user to open a CapCut PC course. Removing it would change the video's instructions.
