Why it worked

The video provides a simple, unexpected "hack" that promises to save money and improve the functionality of a common household item. The visual demonstration is clear and the "before and after" (implied absorbency) is compelling.

Summary

Structure

1Show paper towel roll on holder
2Wet paper towel roll
3Add baking soda and dish soap
4Microwave the roll
5Remove from microwave
