I have no idea how people do this. How they manage to get more than 200 views on their videos, how they manage to get more than a few hundred or a thousand followers, how they manage to navigate this 'algorithm' My passion is art. It's sketching nonsense, drawing in my sketchbook, painting with watercolors and gouache, drawing with acrylic markers, creating artworks. I don't want to be an influencer. I don't want to be some amazing content creator, to have millions of followers, to feel famous. I just want people to see and enjoy my art. I have stacks of paintings in my studio. Piles of drawings I've done with markers. Pages full of scribbles in my sketchbook - and I know art is meant to be about the enjoyment you get from creating, but once I've finished a painting or a drawing.. I'm not exactly sure what to do with it. There's only so much room on my walls. So much space in my drawers. I want my art to make people feel something - but how can it do that if no one sees it? And so I find myself falling into this trap of caring about how many views my videos get, and how many followers I gain, because I want my art to be seen. To have purpose. To be enjoyed. But achieving that feels impossible - and also so exhausting. My feed is full of videos of creators giving 'tips' on how to gain views, followers, etc, because clearly there are so many artists like myself who are wondering what they need to be doing differently - but none of it seems to make much of a difference. Fellow artists - how did you do it? And for any of you who are seeing this - your support would mean the world to me ❤️ Tapping any of those buttons on the right side of the screen would be so, so appreciated - and I hope that if you do, you end up enjoying whatever art I end up posting ❤️💖 #supportsmallartists #smallartist #fyp #supportsmallcreators #arttok
