Things I wish I knew BEFORE visiting Marrakech, Morocco 🇲🇦👇🏼 If you’re planning a trip to Marrakech for the first time, SAVE this because these Marrakech travel tips would have made our trip so much easier! From getting around Marrakech to booking attractions, exploring the souks and even travelling with a drone, here are a few things to know before visiting Marrakech 👇🏼 📍 Getting around Marrakech — we found the inDrive app much easier because you can see the price before accepting the ride rather than negotiating with taxis. 🌿 Jardin Majorelle tickets — BOOK IN ADVANCE! This is one of the most popular things to do in Marrakech and tickets can sell out. 🕌 Madrasa Ben Youssef — we bought our tickets when we arrived, so you don’t necessarily need to pre-book this one. 🚁 Bringing a drone to Morocco — drones are restricted in Morocco. As full-time travellers carrying ours onwards, we declared it on arrival and left it with customs to collect again when leaving. 🛍️ Marrakech souks — bargaining is normal, so look around and compare prices before buying.
