what if I turned my NYC farmers market haul into an easy DIY seafood tower …… what if! (all of the recipes are on my substack) the restaurant closest seafood tower to me is charging $80 for 4 raw oysters, 4 pieces of tuna crudo, a tiny bowl of ceviche, and 4 shrimp cocktails (lobster is MP). restaurant seafood towers are a rip off imo especially when they’re SO easy to make at home! everything is from the union square farmers market (greenmarket) aka the largest nyc farmers market. forever my favorite place for weekly grocery hauls xx #farmersmarket #foodhaul #groceryhaul #healthyrecipes #nycfood
